We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, our return policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items such as innerwear and final-sale products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Go to your Orders, select the order, and choose the return option. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via the payment details you provide during the return request.

If you need a different size or colour, request an exchange during the return process, subject to stock availability.
